About the Event
The 2021 Massachusetts Prostate Cancer Symposium — leading prostate cancer specialists provide up-to-date information on the latest in prostate cancer diagnosis, treatment and research.
The Symposium is a statewide public education event devoted to providing accurate and up-to-date information on prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment as well as related research. It is open to the public at no charge.
The Symposium has been held annually since 1997, averaging more than 300 attendees each year. More than 8,000 people, in the aggregate, have attended the annually.
The audience includes men-at-risk, newly diagnosed, survivors, caregivers, and health care professionals.
Educational sessions on racial disparities, family history of the disease and other elements of high-risk are included.
