About the Event
Tournament Format
Any-Gender Doubles
Players may register with a partner of similar skill level (each player must register individually).
Preference will be given to teams registering together.
Players registering without a partner will be matched, when possible, with a partner of comparable skill.
Compass Draw (Waterfall) Format
Guaranteed four matches per team
Teams face varied opponents throughout the event
Emphasis on participation and competitive play rather than win-loss records
Tournament Directors reserve the right to modify format if needed based on registration received
Match Play
Alternating 13-minute rounds
Best score wins each round
Teams advance according to the Compass Draw format
Brackets
Two (2) 8-team brackets: Skill Level 2.5–2.99
Two (2) 16-team brackets:
Skill Level 3.0–3.49
Skill Level 3.5–4.25
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify the format based on registration numbers.
Registration Information
Registration Deadline: March 24, 2026
Entry Fee: $65.00 per player
If you need to withdraw, please arrange for a substitute player of similar skill level to take your place.
This is a nonprofit fundraising event. No refunds will be issued for participant withdrawals.
If the event is canceled by the organizing committee, full refunds (less a $10 processing fee) will be provided.
Although this is an indoor event, cancellation due to severe weather is possible. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, refunds will be issued minus a $10 processing fee.
